No packages occur

If I try to install my new packages (OW 73.3.1) with install_manager.exe none of the packages occur in the list.
They are all approved. I made a link from my client to the deployment server. I logged in as domain administrator.
What may be the problem?

verify the deployment status in the inf file on the deployment server is
also set to approved. Also make sure that you havent backed up the inf file
to the same directory, as the install process appears to ignore the package
if it sees more that one .inf file for a particular package name.
