E9.2 No cost on Outside Operation Purchase Order

I am implementing Outside Operations and when the purchase order gets created it does not have a cost on it.

I checked the *OP item and it has a cost. I also checked approvals. Still no cost. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Check the cost level on the item master - is it looking for costing at the item master, branch or location level? Do you have cost set up at the specified level?

You need to do the cost rollup and freeze the *OP item
