Moving Enterprise Server to NetApps Filer

We are live with XE Update 3 on Compaq Enterprise Server with Windows NT. Our Database is on Netapps Filer. Now we are thinking of moving the JDEdwards application from D: drive on the compaq server to the Filer.
We are thinking that we will map the filer as the E: drive on our Enterprise Server and then move all the applications to the E: drive. Can anybody guide me how can we move we change the drive on the Enterprise Server?

Hello,

We are currently doing the same thing. We have our enterprise server on a Unix box, but it's using the filer for disk. I know that Unix doesn't have a problem using a filer for storage, but NT does. Mainly because it doesn't recognize the filer as a local drive. However, if you talk to the people at NetApp, they have been working with JDE on this issue and they have a fix for this problem. I'm sure that they woul be glad to help you with this.
