What is the best way to add more details in Supplemental Data table.
I used RMK, RMK2, RMK3 already. Now, I need to store one more text data.
For example,
Employee/Education Supplemental Data
I used RMK for Degree Name
RMK2 for University
RMK3 for Country (of University)
Now I need to store City of University. What should I do ? Create a custom table to store only the city ? Anybody, please advise.

Have you considered setting up the Universities in the Address Book with their own Search Type. Then you could use one of the Related Addresses on the Employee to attach the university to the Employee.

Set up a UDC for the Degree Names and attach it to one of the Employee Category codes.

No custom table.

Additionally, you could store the University's address book number in a numeric field in the supplemental database to make the link between the Employee/Education Supplemental Data and the University address book record.
