Is there a way to pull statistical information about how often users run interactive jobs? I'm able to do it for batch jobs, but interactive jobs seems tricky.

Reason I'm asking to be honest, is that we're trying to change our licensing model with Oracle and one of the options is to license users with only what they use instead of the full suite. We got the idea that we'd pull all batch & interactive job stats YTD and base our decision on that. But if there's a better way to do this, we're all ears.

We asked Oracle if they had a report that exists like this that they could pull and they said there wasn't one that exists.

You can turn on Object Tracking to see object usage, and be sure to exclude very commonly-used applications to cut down on overhead of tracking usage. Note that you will take a bit of a performance hit, but you can turn it off after you've completed a sampling period you're satisfied with.
