Missing BSSV operations after promote to PY

I have a published BSSV object JPXXX and it has 5 operations. I can see these five operations on the Business Services Assembly screen in DV910. After I promoted this JPXXX to PY, I only saw one operation. In the table F98603, I only saw one operation in PY and five operations in DV.

Do you know why and how to fix it?

Andrew,
When you say 5 operations i assume you are talking of the process/service you can call of that BSSV.
First step sould be to check the artifacts in the artifacts screen check if all are being transfered to the server after checkin.
When you say you promoted are you checking the operations on your local fat client or on server/url. After DV you can only check it thru OAS on server thru URLs. If this is correct then check the build/deployment log maybe there might be some error on server during compiling.
