Lot Status Change

I have an order through commit and printing a pick slip. A line item on the order was back ordered in P4211 after that but the lot and loc wasn't remove. The lot was put in quarantine and when Customer Service went back to remove the lot and loc they got an error msg "0520 - This Lot is Currently on Hold". I went into the program and found it is generated when there is a non-blank Lot Status field. We have taken the one lot out of quarantine status but the primary blank location (has only soft commits) still shows as being in quarantine. No one here knows how to take the quarantine hold off of the primary blank location.

I'm hoping someone might know how to handle this situation. Thanks

Have you checked the Lot Availability screen P41280 (02/G4113)? Sometimes
the primary remains on hold there or on the item itself.

Lynn,

Thanks for the info. I was finally able to track down the program, it was
"Item / Lot Information" (P41024). Once the warehouse guy got there he was
able to take the primary blank loc off of Quarantine and as soon as that
happened Customer Service was able to remove the lot and loc information.

Fun never ends!
