I am having a strange issue. We are using an F5 load balancer, and if the user preference for 'Open new application in new window' is not checked, there is no issue.
But if the preference is checked, then a new window opens, but the application does not open. I have tried using the 'VirtualNameEnable' both true and false with no luck.
The F5 does do SSL offloading so we have a DNS entry that the monitors. Essentially this is what happens, at least as I understand it: JDEF5SSL (DNS name for IP F5 monitors)->F5 (Does the SSL offloading and load balancing)->JDE Web Servers->F5 (Does SSL offloading)->User.
Has anyone encountered and solved this issue?
