join outer not available

I want to create an outer join BSVW but no matter what I do after I select both tables and link their respective keys, the options on the join menu are all grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

The Only thing that I see is that you exceed the limitation of the outer join wich is 3 tables.

Actually I raised a call with JDE. Turns out that after the two files are in the table window and after the keys are linked with the line drawn, then one has to right click the line to make the join options available. I did not see this step in any of the documentation for creating a join view. That was the trick. Thanks for your reply anyway.
