I have a citrix(Fat Client) that during a full package install starts registering itself with the OS and gives the follwing error: Cannot auto register the file c:\b7\system\bin32\jdectocx.ocx. "CSyusException error"
I have already done an unistall and hacked the reg to find any thing I can related to JDE. I still get the error?? Any Ideas would be greatly apprec.

Is the installing Profile a local Administrator? Or a Power User?

Try pressing Shift-Ctrl-4 in OneWorld Explorer to activate a hidden setting dialog to reset the OCX registry.
