Greg :
Reset their connections, delete their NT profiles and let them login again.
Be sure that your Terminal Server is on SP5 or SP6, and that your Citrix in
1.8 SP1 or higher.

Asunto: JDE through Citirx/Terminal Server
We have a couple of users who for some reason cannot print to a printer
through Citrix/Windows Terminal Server. They could print to a printer a
week ago. Everytime they try to print something they get a "No Default
Printer Selected". If I go into JDEdwards throught Terminal Server I am
able to print to any printer I have in my Windows Printers on my
workstation. They have printers mapped on their workstations, but for some
reason cannot use the same settings on the Terminal Server. Help Please.
