JDE Status

With my virtually 0 knowledge of JDE (400 enviroment),
I think that these Sales orders are getting to the
F47011,12 files as a status 535. The program
P56918NEW, which is Cust Serv. Order Inquiry, can't
see these sales orders. I looking at souce and the
source seems to be looking for orders with a status =
545. My best guess is that somewhere between the
P56105 job and before the P56918new job is the
problem. I'm still thinking we just have a file
lock. But who know's?

System code 56 is "reserved for clients" so your P56XXX programs are not JDE standard (written in house?) so without knowing your programs it's difficult to advise. What are your status codes 535 and 545?

There is probably another program to be run to move on from sts 535 - have you checked your order activity rules?

Sorry I can't be of more help but your best bet is the person that wrote your programs.
