Guys,
We have requirement to bring the data from CRM system to JDE system. every time a sales executive creates customer record in CRM. The same record has to be entered as new record in address book table F0101.
My question here can we use the existing address book manager web service JP010000 which manages the address book-related web service operations processAddressBook (J0100001) .
Or we should create custom business service for this requirement.
