E8.12 JDE Payroll Payments for Terminated Employees

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me. We have Employees with Pay Status 'Terminated', 'Termination Date' and 'Date Pay Stops' with dates of 2020. But this year we need to pay an amount for legal reasons. What would be the best way to do this?.. I need the steps to follow.. Thanks in advance

If you don't need to withhold any taxes or include the amounts on W-2's, you could pay them from Accounts Payable. And then you could generate a 1099 for them if needed.
