JDE CUM 11 & 12 SARS

We are on A73PC00010 and are investigating the feasibility of co-existing at
our current release level or upgrading to A73PC00012 first. We requested
from a list of outstanding SARs for cum 11 and 12 from JDE but they have
been unable to produce a listing for us. It was nice when the knowledge
garden provided this information but it doesn't anymore. We don't want to
order the CUM 12 tape to make this determination because we don't want JDE
to flag us as being on cum 12. Does anyone have a listing that they would
be willing to share? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks to everyone who is sending me their spreadsheets but apparently I wasn't clear about what I need or I am not clear on what I am receiving. I need a listing of Cum 11, and Cum 12 SARs that are still outstanding as of the Cum 10 release. I have received spreadsheets that I believe contain all SARs since Cum 1. Are there really 4000+ outstanding SARs since Cum 10??????

You may order Cum.12 but not apply it. JDE will not flag you as Cum.12
customer (only shipping information will be).
After you order Cum. 12, only run LOADRUN, then from Tech.upgrade notes you
can print/view all SAR's, program changes ...etc.
I tried to produce a list of all SAR's from Cum 10 to Cum.12 however was so
many (over 1000!) plus it may not apply to your company (based on current
modules installed).

It is my understanding, and I stand to be corrected, that you HAVE to be on
CUM 12 to co-exist ??? Anyone else out there know any different ? At one
stage I managed to get a tape (TUN) that had JUST the details of what the
upgrade had on it. ... not the actual upgrade. Would that help if you
ordered just that ?

You have to be at least in Cum.10 for coexistence, however JDE recommend to
be in Cum.12. Also If you are in cum.12 you need to load X3 PTF only for
coexistence, if not , you need to apply PCCPY A73X3Xe update in addition to
X3 PTF.
Yes you may order (TUN) tape, however it will be too cumbersome for all
modules. When you order Cum.12 upgrade, JDE produce a client specific
upgrade based on your purchased modules which in turn will have only the
SAR's applicable to you.

We are also on Cum 10. We are coexisting with Xe now, but have not
fully test everything. We had to apply two PTFs, X3 and one they call
PCCOPY to get the Cum 12 objects we needed.

Emad,

My experience has been that when you order the Cum, you're flagged as
being on it - otherwise I would have done what you are suggesting.

I called JDE and you are correct, However it has nothing negative if you
order cum.12 and you are in cum.10.
I have ordered A7.3 release (we were in A5.2) for almost a year and half
before we actually did it.
