We are exploring integrating Oracle Agile with JDE, so that manufacturing data modified in Agile shows up in JDE,are there built in tools for building the interface

Before you build the interface yourself, you might want to investigate Oracle's pre-built integration. You can get a datasheet here: http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/057030.pdf

I reviewed the document on this link - thanks. Have a question though. It says it maps the items to correct branch/plants in JDE. But does Agile maintain this information ? As far as I know ( I am not Agile guy, but checked with few Agile folks around ), Agile has "multi-site" feature, but it is limited only to the manufacturing branch/plants and may not maintain the branch/plants where the item is going to be transacted ?

Sorry, abhay, I am not an Agile expert either. Perhaps you can find the answer in the Agile documentation. If not, I'd look for an Agile user community to post the question.

Any luck on your research into off the shelf or building an Agile (or other PLM tool)interface... I've done this for a few clients now please do let me know if there are any specific questions.
