JD5550 and B7332

I am on service pack 10.1. My problem is that if I change my service pack -
optio software will not work. Is there a required service pack for JD5550 -
I have not seen that anywhere. I need JD5550 for the Payroll Year-End ASU
and the ASU only requires service pack 10.1.

Any other suggestions? I have tried everything that the list has suggested,
except of course upgrading the service pack!

If you end up going to a new sp, I went through the
Optio upgrade and it was not as difficult as I had
planned.
