My client purchases materials from suppliers at a cost. In addition, there are lot of indirect costs (like handling chanrges, warehousing, transportation etc) which make up for substantial amount. Client also wants to follow weighted average method for inventory costing. The supplier for indirect cost component could be the same (from whom material is purchased) or a different one.
How to load indirect cost on item cost? Unable to use Landed cost rule as some of the cost component may be known only at the time of voucher match.
This is on ERP8 version. Can anyone suggest way out to load item cost with direct and indirect cost componens?
