Issue with P98OWSEC

Hi everyone, yesterday I had a weird issue with the P98OWSEC in One World, i was disabling one account, after clicking in the OK button, all the accounts were disabled and the change frequency was changed to -1.

Did anyone face a similar issue?
 
It would help if you provided your Application Release and Tools Release versions.
