Hi,

1.is there any limitation to display the number of records displayed in reports?

2.what are the advantage of columnar section over the group section? why we are particularly go for a columnar section?
(why we are go for columnar what are the major advantages)

1. If you are using CSV output, the limit of records is equal to the limit in Excel versions. See here.
2. Columnar reports usually used if we want to display data with column titles. See details here.
