My company just implemented JD Edwards and I was wondering if there is a way to set a minimum and maximum on our inventory items so that we can receive an notice to reorder when stock gets low. Or better yet, have the software order automatically.

I believe you are looking for the item branch plant reorder quantity settings in JDE. refer to the implementation document.
