Insert to table failed

We have been receiving this error the last 2 days, once in A/R and today in
A/P. In the A/R case, it was actually an invalid G/L date. In A/P, it
almost appears like an authority issue, though nothing has changed to
warrant an authority issue. Anyone have any experience with this error or
something we should check?

You've not given us much to go on. Have you generated logs for the error?

Check for primary key violation or lack of space

Check your QZDASOINIT Logs for any messages that your SQL Packages might be the cause of the problem. If they are, delete them.
