Importing Budgets (PC Budget Upload)

Have applied the ESU for SAR 5755592 and have followed the Job Aid OFN-02-0104. However when attempting to import a small sample budget spreadsheet (one row) I receive a 'Error Code does not exist'. There is no indication on the grid as to what may be wrong. As per the docos, my spreadsheet is set up with columns that exactly mirror the P0902Z1 form W0902Z1D, have set up a Next Number (14) and assumed the only required fields are the GBAID and the 12 monthly period figures but have also tried the upload populating other columns as well with no success. Anyone got any ideas ?

Okay, problem solved.
Appears was a housekeeping issue when ESU was adopted, special instructions were not taken into account "Follow special instructions (U record) from SAR 5755592. Add next number index System 14, Index 1, and remove old UBE R14110M from menu G1421"
