Image Control not working

Hi Everyone, can anyone of you explain why my image control is not visible on web. I'm using an image control on my power edit form and when I run the application, it just shows a cross mark. This is an image which I've copied and saved in the res folder in my Demo location.

The image file needs to be on the web server, too!

Thanks for your reply, but as per my knowledge, if the file is in C:\JDEdwards\E900\DEMO\res, it is on webserver right?
I'm working on Demo, so if there is any other way to keep the file on webserver plz let me know.

Even in the demo the path is wrong. It should be something like ...\j2ee\..webclient\share\images
