Well, it's been several months since I've asked an HR/staffing question so I figured it was time...
What are companies doing to get their resumes into JDE? We have a request from our staffing area to give them options on how to do this. We are required by law to keep all resumes on file for at least a year and provide the government with reports on who we receive them from, how many people are interviewed, etc.. We are keeping the stats and doing the reports but it involves a lot of manual effort. Is anyone doing a "front-end" to JDE with GUI or using another package to feed in the data? Is anyone using the Applicant portion of HR?
I appreciate any feedback that I can get. Thanks
