How to run a UBE locally on a Terminal Server

Copy the Logical Data Source LOCAL, naming it RUNLOCAL
or FRED or whatever you want. Then when you want to
run a UBE locally you can Override Location and choose
RUNLOCAL.

All OneWorld does on the TSE is check for a Logical
Data Source named LOCAL and excludes it from the list
of available Data Sources to run a UBE on.

There is a JDE code change Document (OTM-01-0040) that will allow LOCAL data
source useage. I have not yet implimented but I will soom need to.
