How to change a field in a report

Hi,

I use JDE B7333 SP15.

I wish to change the date on an order acknowledgment report - R5742565.

On the left hand side of the output, there is a heading Line no/Prom Date.

The 'Prom date' is currently calling field RDSJ - I wish to change this to call PDDJ

Can anyone advise how to do so in GH902 - Report Design Tool

I don't use Design Tool, but in SVR using option 10 locate the filed on the report layout and place a * in front of it. At the top left of the window, change the dictionary name to the name you want. Also, change the field name from RRxxxx to RRxxxx showing the new field name.

Press enter and compile the report.

Then go to the program and do a search and replace on the field name.

Compile the program and your report should show the field you desire.

Forgive my ignorance but what's SVR and how do I access it - I tried fast path but no luck
