How to automatically e-mail a PDF file after report finished processing

This was discussed as solution ID 200948536 on knowledge garden.

However I have no idea to fetch the file path of PDf files since i refer the event rules of "Submitted Report".

Anyone can advise? Thanks in advance.

Richard,

The PDFs normally reside in the directory/folder called PrintQueue in the install path. The install path is in F9651.
