E9.2 How to add items to a UBE data selection operand drop-down list

I received a request asking whether it's possible to add items to the operand drop-down list when doing data selection for a UBE report. The report in question already has many items in the list, but the request wanted to add something that is not. How is this done?

Those items in the drop-down list are data fields in the business view for that UBE. To add any new items to the list, you first have to add them to the underlying business view.

This is a task that a developer does on a development client with the OMW program. Development is not something that can be explained adequately in a post; there are entire classes about using the JDE development tools. I'd suggest either taking a course or engaging a business partner to help you in your efforts.
