Help !!!! WorkFlow 8.12

Hi ALL,
I m trying to send a workflow message with generic approval form (P98806,W98806A) to the workcenter Personal Basket).
When I open the application shortcut it shows message has already been acted upon. When I debugged the application the activity status was Null for that Instance. And the message shows unopened in the process task monitor.
The activity is therefore not completed. I m not quite sure if I have missed on anything.
Its a simple flow.. Start -> Action Message -> Send Message -> End
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You will an itermidiate status which will be updated/advanced by the app you open from shortcut. seems like you msg set the status already desired hence you get that msg.

Are you sending the message from fat client? All process should be done on web.

i was facing the same problem as u posted before.
actully its a copy of ur Q. as i find myself exactly in a similar situation..
did u get the desired result after testing on web?? coz yet i havent tested on the web.
