HELP !!! R42520 Print pick slip

We are using OneWorld B73.3.2 SP13.1

It appears that R42520 (Print pick slip) program will not process a kit
master item (status code is not updated). However, it does correctly process
the kit component items. Is anyone having the same problem and knows why?
