Help on Save WO Parts Detail(N90CD026) Business Function

Hi All,
I need a favour.In the application P13730 whenever I try ro change the existing part list,be it any field,the Quantity(QOWO)in the table F41021 table gets incremented by 1 and it happens when it encounters the BSFN N90CD026. Can somebody guide me on this.
