E9.1 Grid does not Render

Hi,

I'm Try to populate grid based on Order Number in P4210,
but some of Order Number give blank page as attached.

Please, I would appreciate for someone have the solution

So same order number (110943) sometimes shows grid and sometimes doesn't?
Can't see from your screen pics but I suspect different grid formats are in use and the one that doesn't render has a corrupt grid format.

The problem appear only for order number 110943.
currently I'm not use new grid format, but still cannot render

Use server manager to check logs. You may have corrupt data in field(s)

because the record contain special characters in Description Column
