Getting message"No Template for DS(D100tst) for Business function Relatednumber Trig"

Hi,
When I try to open application P0401 ,I am getting message "No Template for DS(D100tst) for Business function Relatednumber Trigger"
and after clicking OK in the message box ,activeconsole is stop working and getting closed.This problem occurs in all DV,PY and PD environments.
It is working correctly in web client but I am not able to open it in Terminal server and fat client. Please let me know your thoughts .
