E9.2 Garbage characters related to cache

First response : it finaly seems to be linked to Adobe Acrobat
Yes, that is what we are being told by Oracle as well with our Open SR. But no resolution as of yet other than clearing cache and rebooting computer. We started seeing it more frequently since going to 9.2.6.4 tools. It is really frustrating for our users.

Last process I put here, which was given by Oracle works fine :

1. Disable the "Windows Font Cache Service" service.
It is not enough just to stop it, you need to disable it. Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Acrobat Reader will start this service if it is still enabled and only stopped.
2. Make sure there is no temporary file under
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_sbx
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_super_sbx
3. Restart machine and monitor behavior

This says the following.
if you like Helvetica
@ font!), please follow the below steps.

Does this mean you have to specify a font?

Thanks

Is this on the JAS Server or users windows 10 computer? Thanks
