Fulfillment Location Allocation

Hi,

We have a requirment to avoid a location in Auto fulfillment (R4277701).We dont want to assign the inventory from that location .That location is used for shipping purpose. se we want to exclude that location.could you please expalin how Auto fulfillment assigns inventory from which locations.
