E9.2 FTP connector

Hello there
Very new to orchestrator and created orchestration successfully. I want to map my csv file from our intranet file server and able to create the receive file on ffp connector but when run orchestrator it gives me UBEexception error soft code.
Not sure what I'm missing I believe we don't need to setup anything to connection area as we are not going to cloud or any ftp site.
We are on 9.2.4.2

Hello Ad,

Can you check if there is a connection attemp from the orchestrator to the ftp server?
The connector FTP is set to retrieve mode?

If you are getting a soft coding error, it is most likely because the Connection is not setup correctly. Please review and update the FTP connection (server, port, (S)FTP, username and password to make sure they are all correct. Also make sure your Connector is using the correct Connection.
