Does anyone know who uses, or attempted to use, JDE in their Food & Beverage Operations. In Bars or Restaurants for Inventory, Menu Planing, Recipe, Costing, Etc. We are contemplating using it for this area, and want to speak to actual users. Thank you, Thomas
 
Probably you can use the kit functionality to create your menus and menu
items, by creating one inventory item per ingredient. You may have some
issues with rounding, because of decimal places. Take salt as an example,
you may have a purchasing unit of measure of pounds and a utilization of
tenths of ounces...
