Flat file imports

I have a custom application (UBE) that imports data from a flat file into a
table within OneWorld. This was developed under SP 7.1. We are currently
running SP 13.3 and the (UBE) tends to drop skip inserts. NO CODE change
has happened, It still run's on a Client with SP7 Spec's but doesn't run on
any Client's running SP13.3.

I've narrowed the cause to a change in the System\bin32 Directory. ( edited
and tried jdeodbc.dll no luck )

Any ideas ?

Hi Walter,
You haven't shared your OneWorld release level and I couldn't find it in your userprofile.
About 2 years ago I had had something similar problem on B7321 but not with SP upgrade related. I detected the problem on one workstation and did not on an other. I figured out that the different was in the version of the ODBC driver, the newer version worked well.
Maybe you can try to change your ODBC driver.

Checked all of that....

Here's what the problem was:

From 7.1 SPEC's to 13.x SPEC's tables conversions adds a caching function.
By going into the UBE and modifying it not to use the caching (insert
records) this correct the problems.
