Fill QR Code into Multiple Fields

We are trying to replace 1D barcodes with a single QR code in a pick confirmation process. Currently, operator uses a handheld scanner running JDE to scan and input information (part #, location #, quantity..) into each field individually. We would like to have them scan one QR code and have all information populated into the correct fields. A supplier suggests putting a delimiter (%, $, or #) between each section of information to let JDE know that it will have to tab to the next field and input remaining information.

What would be the best way to configure this into JDE?
