Is anybody working with a fax server?

We are using FAX SENIOR by OMTOOL company
We are trying to automatically fax a pdf or a csv.
Getting an error "file access error : File not found"

Its reading the fax number but give above error.

Need Help.......

we're using zetafax through formscape. It seems to be working.
