Fat client install

Hello there

We need to install Fat client to our new webserver as there is a requirement.

Just wondering should i install Developer Fat or Administrator fat client? Because for both i need to install the VC redistribution/SQL native, I need to have the access to create tables from FAT client. Or is there any easy way.

Also i dont know if the webdev is the right solution for installing the fat client to server which may have some limitation.
