We are on B7331 Service Pack 7. My question is our F98OWSEC table contains all our users. Three of the password fields have the users password in them the rest are blank. Is the field suppose to have actual passwords in it or is something screwed up?
usually password fields are protected/non displayable/encrypted. maybe that
what ur seeing was not the fields its actually using or someone put entries
in outside of oneworld???
we see this behavior also on a minority of the accounts. Not much of a concern here as the database is secured. Note that we are on similiar release levels - only recently did we go from SP 7.1 to SP 11.3.

Changes to user password done through "Administrative Password Revision" will show up unencrypted in F98OWSEC. IF the "User Password" option is used the password does not show up.
Apply SAR#3706130 to fix the problem. I hope this helps.
