Execution of Unix scripts from a UBE

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to execute a Unix script from within a JDE UBE? We have a script that needs to run after a UBE which we currently control by having a pre-set delay between jobs (not the best method and we'd like to tighten up the process). Any advice is appreciated.

You can use business function B34A1030. I have used this successfully in the past. I am currently experiencing a problem with it though on a new interface.
