Exception occurred with call stack on Citrix Server

We get the errors at random on both our terminal servers running Citrix Enterprise on W2K3. I am not aware of users being kicked out of their session.
WE are using OW Xe Update 7 SP23_K1 on 520 iseries

Application exception occurred:
App: D:\B7\system\Bin32\oexplore.exe (pid=9244)
When: 2007/03/23 @ 14:14:55.322
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

*** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntdll.dll -
Stack dump goes on and on.


Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to reproduce this error by creating a high volume of OW signin/out activity on the Citrix server using a macro scripting language. The dll in question is for accessing low-level, kernel processes within Windows. I suspect part of my issues is that my client in question is running on a very old server pack level.
