Can someone provide ball park estimate Win 2000 TSE with Citrix for 50 users?

I think you should budget approximately $500-750 per concurrent user - hence 50 users will cost you ~25,000 to $40,000 inclusive of software and hardware.

The range depends on what functionality you'll be using, as well as the type of hardware you procure. There are a large number of whitepapers on the knowledge garden - including the ones I wrote!
