Error Message - Open Cursor for Cache F42UI12 failed

could someone please help me with this error message " Open Cursor for Cache F42UI12 failed". We are trying to modify the price of an order and unfortunatelly get this error message. The order has been put on hold temporarily while we fix the problem. We have successfully modified the price of the promotion but for some reason the modification is not reflected on the actual order. I will appreciate any help i can get. Thank you.

How many records do you have in the table? Since it's a temporary table you should have around zero records in it. Try clearing the orphan records and see if it works then.

Thanks for your suggestion, the issue has been escalated to a support center for resolution. i unfortunatelly dont have access to tables.
