Error message during upgrade

We are attempting to install an update to our custom files (Oneworld XE SP15) and when it is actually doing the install (you see 2 progress bars), we get the following error: Reporting queued error: faulting application _Setup.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module JDESetupSpecUpdate.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00003f47.

Any idea what could be causing this issue? It is being updated on a Citrix box with windows server 2003 sp1.

Hi,

Have you checked what is the minimum Xe SP level for
W2003? I think it's at least SP22.

As far as I know, this application has been running in this state for quite some time. Thanks for the pointer, but it doesn't appear to be the issue as SP15 is running on the server right now with no serious issues.
