Error in JDE Environment setup....

We are facing an issue while updating ESU on deployment server.

We have setup virtual environment using Oracle VM templates.

- Database
- Enterprise
- HTML
- BIP
- BSSV
- Deployment Server

All the servers are connected to each other but when we tried to execute "TLOVM913" ESU using change assistance i am getting the following error in report

Update Package Detail (s.tg1.t60) Failed
"Calling BSFN: UpdatePackageDetail For null"

FYI, I am using the following guide to setup deployment server and stuck at
3.10 Configuring the Planner Databases
