Enterpriseone 9.1 debugging help

Hi - I want to debug an application in E1. Do i have to install microsoft visual studio for that? I would appreciate, if anyone can mail/post the steps of debugging. If you send me the url from where i can get the details. that would also do.

To debug an application us Debug Application. Type GH902 in fast path and open Object Management folder. Double-click on Debug Application. Refer to tools manual from Oracle for more information.
